Terms and Conditions.....

The applicants is required to read thoroughly and understand the terms and conditions, policies, procedures, code of ethics and business opportunities of the Company as given below this application form considered as an authentic and legally binding documents this contract is between the applicant (herein after referred to as distributor) and Prime Gold Marketing Pvt. Ltd. (herein after referred to as Company).

  • The applicant should have completed minimum 18 years of age and shall be competent to enter into contract as provided in the Indian Contract Act.
     

  • For joining as and independent distributor of the company the applicant will have to make the prescribed payment towards distributorship fee by way of a corddes demand draft / cash, only unto to limited time Prime Gold Marketing Pvt. Ltd. payable at Jaipur.
     

  • The initial payment made by the applicant is towards enrolling as an independent distributor and the same is not refundable under any circumstances. All packages / policies the registration fee, the processing fee and the administrative cost.
     

  • The distributor eligible for incentive or income only as per the working standard of business done by him, i.e. also subject to the eligibility norms, formulated by the company. The company does not assure any incentive or income to the distributor merely account of his/her joining the company.
     

  • The independent distributor will not be a consumer, agent or employee of the company. His/Her position being show, he/she cannot bind the company in any manner nor he/she has any authority to, behind the company or the represent or speaks on behalf the company.
     

  • The company will approve the distributor by issuing an official receipt and an online registration, which will carry the password and an identification number known as
     

  • "ID" as chosen by the applicant himself/herself. This password and ID have to be quoted by the distributor in all his/her transaction and correspondence with the company. The 10 ones chosen cannot the attended at any later point of time.
     

  • If the distributor work as per the direction of the and he gets his required standards he is not applicable to pay renewal charges. Annual charges will be deducted from the amount of his incentives. And other option the distributor will not get his required standard within one year the renewal charges will be paid as per the new distributor. Distributor having only insurance policy and he is not interest to work the the company who desire to renew his policy. He will pay towards renewal charges. For next year otherwise policy will be terminated.      
     

  • Trimming and service charges will be deducted as per company norms. TDS will be declared as formulated by the Govt. on receiving of payout the applicant will get the incentive after deduction of 10% surcharges. The surcharges will be recovered for non working plan to get extra benefit against working plan.
     

  • All individual distributors should adhere to rules and regulations formed by the organization and if any of the distributors is found guilty of not observing the same then he/she will be terminated fro the company.
     

  • The company reserves all right to terminate a distributor and civil court jurisdiction barred by his consent agreement.
     

  • Once a distributor is terminated he/she cannot enter in the company premises/meeting location and his/her incentive income will be stopped immediately.
     

  • The distributor shall bear true faith and allegiance to the, company and shall uphold the integrity and decorum of the company and shall maintain good relations with the other distributors and other clients.
     

  • The applicant/distributor one for shall and ensure that all the information famished to the company is correct and properly entered. Any request or correction furnished by the distributor as to his/her sponsor or placement details will not be entertained, Once payment statement are processed.
     

  • The company reserves the rights to reject the distributorship/application at it's own discretion.
     

  • The above terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with the law in force in the territorial of India. Disputes if any arise, shall be subject to the exclusive Jurisdiction of the Jaipur.
     

  • If any dispute or difference arises between the parties hereto touching the business interpretation of any terms and conditions or as to incentive income etc. Relating to the business of the company the same be referred to arbitration  and the arbitration shall governed by the Arbitration and conciliation Act, 1996.
     

  • The policy claims will be given based on insurance company read over by/me/to Me ad agreed by me.
